Really quick one, get an angular 2 app/UI running in CEF local mode, no need for a webserver!

    1) Get node/npm

    2) Install the angular 2 cli
    Code:
    npm install -g angular-cli
    3) Generate a new project
    Code:
    ng new PROJECT_NAME
    4) Use the new project to make your awesome app/UI.

    5) Navigate to PROJECT_NAME/src/index.html, change <base href="/"> to <base href=".">

    6) Build the project with
    Code:
    ng build
Then copy /dist to your gamemode folder, add the files to meta.xml, point CEF to /dist/index.html and voila, you are deployed!

vue.js is also a single file, which also makes it very compact and easy to install.

don't compare vue with angular, angular is a powerfull framework made by Google.
you should compare vue with angular 1.5, but never with angular 2/4
