    onVehicleHealthChange returns entity as Player NetHandle
    What's wrong?:
    onVehicleHealthChange returns entity as Player NetHandle
    What should normally happen?:
    the player nethandle, vehicle nethandle and oldvalue data should be available
    How to reproduce the issue:
    script constructor
    API.onVehicleHealthChange += API_onVehicleHealthChange;


    API.getEntityType(entity) will always be == EntityType.Player
    Server version:
    0.1.386.300
    Operating System:
    Windows 10
