    GTA Network Manager

    Hello!

This is a project that is an update to my resource manager.

    Features
    • GTA Network Server Information
    • CPU, RAM and Disk information
    • Start/Restart/Stop/Update resources
    • Accounts to prevent unwanted access
    • A basic console
Yes, you did read well, it supports updates on every resource, if the resource supports it.

Configuring your resource to support updates

There are two options to support updates, one that is not recommended because it will consume tons of bandwidth and other optimized to save bandwidth.

In both of the options you will need to add the following line to your resource meta.xml

    Code:
    <package use_version_check="true" version_path="http://cotemero.github.io/manager" update_path="http://cotemero.github.io/manager.zip"/>

and make sure you have a version on your info tag.

Then upload your resource in a .zip file (meta.xml must be on the root folder of the zip) to a place you wish.

The line you added will tell the manager to use the version check, this is the recommended option. The manager will then look onto the version_path and compare if the contents of the file differs from the version you have on your resource info, if it does it will prompt an update and you are able to update it through the manager.

If the use_version_check is false then the version_path is optional, which will make the manager download the zip file, unpack it and check the meta.xml for the version of the update_path file, if it differs it will prompt an update.

    Download & Installation

There are two files included in this thread, download both of them and extract manager_dll.zip to your server and manager.zip to new folder under resources, feel free to choose the name.
