    Hello,
    is there a cop light bar I can attach to a vehicle?

    Nope. Even if there were such objects, your vehicle will still miss sounds and light effects.

    Another question:
    I would like to trigger when the player enters a colshape. When he enters the colshape named x a client trigger event should be called.
    How do I do that? I haven't got an Client
