I believe that's only the core structure of how the client GTA:Network itself is built.
I thought it was C#. I'd love to hear what core structure the devs are using.

Is GTA:N still a thing? Couldn't run my server since Scripthook:V wasn't updated. I thought this update could be the life-saver
Have you downloaded the latest server and client files.
Sure I did. It doesn't work for anyone that I know, so we all thought the project was canceled. Everyone is moving to an other multiplayer
Strange considering Scripthook was updated June 23rd and your the first person to mention it not working.
